LaserHQ was founded in 2017 by Helen Quayle — starting from a single salon room and growing into one of the UK's most recognised names in advanced laser treatments. What began as a vision to make high-quality laser services genuinely accessible has evolved into an award-winning company that is actively shaping the future of the laser industry.
Helen's drive, expertise, and commitment to both clients and the wider beauty profession were recognised in 2022 when she was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Every member of the LaserHQ team is qualified to at least VTCT Level 3, Level 4, or Level 5 standards. But qualifications are just the starting point.
All staff complete a robust in-house training programme from day one, with ongoing professional development delivered through regular training sessions and in-clinic spot checks to ensure our standards never slip. Our team also undergoes specialist training in:

Broadening Horizons
We pride ourselves on our charity work and work closely with the Endometriosis Foundation, to raise awareness of the symptoms of endometriosis and PCOS through our #breakthetaboo campaigns.
More recently we have partnered with local north-west charity the ‘Diane Oxberry Trust’, to raise awareness of the symptoms of Ovarian Cancer. By using our social media platforms, we can educate our clients on the causes, and spread the word as far as we can!

During the month of March, our third ‘Break the Taboo’ campaign aims to shed light on the often overlooked topic of Women’s Hormone Imbalances.
By sharing insights, experiences and support, we can collectively reach a broader audience and make a significant impact on breaking the stigma associated with hormone imbalances and some of their unpleasant side effects, affecting people’s lives on a daily basis.
