About Us

LaserHQ Limited is the leading UK specialist in laser hair and tattoo removal, renowned for exceptional customer care and high-quality treatments. With clinics in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Newcastle, we have built a strong reputation, backed by 5-star reviews and industry awards. Our commitment to affordability and excellence is reflected in our range of services, with flexible payment plans, including 0% finance options, making your treatment more accessible than ever.

Founded in 2017 by Helen Quayle, LaserHQ has rapidly grown from a small salon room to an award-winning company shaping the laser industry. As brand ambassadors for Sinclair UK, we offer exclusive access to the powerful Blend Laser technology and Primelase machines, which are among the most advanced on the market. Additionally, we are the North West demo center for these machines and provide exclusive discounts for our academy students.

With a cutting-edge training academy, we are committed to educating and empowering beauty professionals. Helen’s recognition as Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2022 and LaserHQ’s Customer Service Award in 2023 highlight our leadership. Through Helen’s Beauty Business Mentorship program, we continue to inspire and support the next generation of beauty industry leaders. As we expand with new clinics and developments, we remain focused on transforming lives and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

All members of our team are qualified to at least VTCT Level 3, 4, or 5 standards. We also provide a robust in-house training program for all staff, supplemented by ongoing professional development through regular training sessions and in-clinic spot checks to maintain high standards. Additionally, our team undergoes specialised training in key areas including LGBTQ+ awareness, PCOS and hormone health, skin cancer awareness, Heliocare SPF, domestic violence, first aid, health and safety, as well as leadership and management skills.

Community

Making a Positive Impact

We constantly challenge ourselves on how we can become more sustainable and reduce our carbon footprint, and we are actively working to make our business operations as green as possible.  We strive to use energy-efficient machinery where we can to reduce our emissions and reduce waste.

Our commitment to the environment and our local community is unwavering and we are proud to be a leader in sustainable business practices. Our recent initiatives include sponsoring a defibrillator within our local community and growing our own vegetables in our outdoor garden space.

Charity

Broadening Horizons

We pride ourselves on our charity work and work closely with the Endometriosis Foundation, to raise awareness of the symptoms of endometriosis and PCOS through our #breakthetaboo campaigns.

More recently we have partnered with local north-west charity the ‘Diane Oxberry Trust’, to raise awareness of the symptoms of Ovarian Cancer.  By using our social media platforms, we can educate our clients on the causes, and spread the word as far as we can!

Changing Lives, One Conversation At a Time

During the month of March, our third ‘Break the Taboo’ campaign aims to shed light on the often overlooked topic of Women’s Hormone Imbalances.

By sharing insights, experiences and support, we can collectively reach a broader audience and make a significant impact on breaking the stigma associated with hormone imbalances and some of their unpleasant side effects, affecting people’s lives on a daily basis.
