LaserHQ Limited Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the LaserHQ website and all treatments, consultations, services, products, promotions, and bookings provided by LaserHQ.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment or package, or attending the clinic, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

LaserHQ reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

It is the client’s responsibility to review the latest Terms & Conditions prior to booking or attending appointments.

2. Consultations & Suitability for Treatment

All clients are required to complete a consultation & patch test  and medical questionnaire prior to treatment.

Treatment suitability is assessed on an individual basis. LaserHQ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or contraindicated.

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information, including any medications, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy status, or changes to health.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment safety and results, and LaserHQ cannot accept responsibility for complications arising from withheld information.

3. Appointments & Deposits

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or in person.

A holding deposit of £20/ £40 or £50, depending on the treatment duration, will be required following your consultation and patch test should you wish to proceed with booking treatment.

This deposit is securely held on your account and will be refunded at the completion of your treatment course, provided that:

  • No appointments have been missed without notice
  • No cancellations or appointment changes have been made with less than 48 hours’ notice

Deposits may be forfeited in the event of:

  • Failure to attend an appointment
  • Late cancellations
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice

If a deposit is forfeited, a new holding deposit will be required before any further appointments can be booked.

LaserHQ reserves the right to amend deposit requirements where necessary for longer appointments, specialist treatments, or promotional bookings.

Clients are requested to arrive on time for appointments. Late arrival may result in supplement charges of treatment time or cancellation of the appointment where sufficient treatment time is no longer available and a new appointment booking is required.

LaserHQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in:

  • Loss of deposit
  • Deduction of a treatment session from a prepaid package
  • A cancellation fee

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in the full appointment fee or treatment session being forfeited.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

LaserHQ accepts approved payment methods available online or in clinic.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, prepaid treatments and packages already purchased will be honoured at the agreed purchase price.

Finance or payment plan options, where offered, remain subject to separate provider terms and conditions.

6. Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.

Packages must be used within the validity period advised at the time of purchase.

Unused sessions remaining after the expiry date may be forfeited.

Treatment packages cannot be shared between individuals.

Results vary between clients, and no guarantee can be given regarding the exact number of sessions required or treatment outcomes.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic, cosmetic, and laser treatments, refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed treatments
  • Partially used packages
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction where treatments have been carried out correctly
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

Refund requests are considered solely at the discretion of LaserHQ management.

8. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary and are influenced by factors including:

  • Skin type
  • Hormones
  • Lifestyle
  • Medical history
  • Medications
  • Pigment type
  • Hair growth cycles
  • Compliance with aftercare advice

LaserHQ does not guarantee permanent or specific results from any treatment.

Estimated treatment numbers discussed during consultation are guidelines only and may vary between individuals.

9. Medical & Safety Information

Clients must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided by LaserHQ.

Failure to follow professional advice may increase the risk of adverse reactions, complications, or reduced treatment effectiveness.

Clients undergoing laser treatments may be required to avoid:

  • Sun exposure
  • Tanning products
  • Active skincare ingredients
  • Certain medications

LaserHQ reserves the right to refuse treatment where client safety may be compromised.

10. Patch Testing & Consultations

Patch testing is required prior to all laser and advanced aesthetic treatments.

All patch tests and consultations are conducted as separate appointments to treatment sessions and must be completed with a minimum time gap of 48 hours before the first treatment appointment.

Patch test and consultation appointments are FREE.

Patch testing is performed to assess skin suitability, identify potential sensitivities, and support the safe delivery of treatment. However, a patch test does not guarantee that adverse reactions will not occur.

Failure to attend or complete a required patch test may result in postponement or cancellation of treatment appointments.

Patch tests are performed to assess skin suitability and reduce the risk of adverse reactions; however, they do not guarantee that reactions will not occur.

11. Semi-Permanent Makeup & Tattoo Removal

Laser tattoo removal and semi-permanent makeup removal treatments may require multiple sessions.

Certain pigments may:

  • Fade unevenly
  • Change colour
  • Resist removal
  • Require additional treatments

Complete pigment removal cannot be guaranteed.

For eyeliner tattoo removal procedures, specialised ocular protection, including sterile intraocular shields, may be used where clinically appropriate.

Clients acknowledge the specialist nature and potential risks associated with treatments involving the eye area.

12. Pre & Post Treatment Care

It is extremely important that all clients follow the pre-treatment and post-treatment care guidelines provided by LaserHQ. These instructions are designed to ensure your safety, optimise treatment results, and minimise the risk of any adverse reactions or complications.

Failure to follow the recommended pre and post care advice may increase the risk of irritation, prolonged healing, or reduced treatment effectiveness, and LaserHQ cannot accept responsibility in such cases.

In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, you must notify the clinic as soon as possible. This allows our team to assess the situation promptly, provide appropriate aftercare advice, and, where necessary, recommend further clinical support or review. Early communication is essential to ensure the best possible outcome and safe recovery.

Our team is always available to support you throughout your treatment journey and will provide clear guidance before, during, and after your appointment to help you achieve safe and effective results.
