The story behind LaserHQ

Helen's story

We’re a proud founder-led business, and that matters. In 2017, Helen Quayle opened LaserHQ in a single salon room, with one laser and a simple belief: great laser treatment should feel welcoming and affordable, not exclusive.

That one room has grown into award-winning clinics in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle and London. Helen was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2022, and LaserHQ won a Customer Service Award in 2023.

Helen’s own journey with endometriosis shaped everything that followed. She knows first-hand how hormonal conditions can affect your body and your confidence, which is why she’s so passionate about helping others, and why our whole team is trained in hormone health.

Today, Helen trains the next generation through the LaserHQ Academy and champions women’s health through Break the Taboo. The belief hasn’t changed: everyone is welcome, and every client deserves expert care.
