Just as with regular laser tattoo removal, the laser breaks down the ink particles beneath the skin, but in this part of the body, it needs to be done more gently, gradually and precisely, with even more stringent safety measures to keep the laser beams from your eyes.
During your initial consultation, we’ll assess your tattoo’s location, colour and depth to determine if laser removal is safe and appropriate for you. Multiple sessions will probably be needed, and you’ll notice gradual fading between treatments. Note that some colours, particularly certain cosmetic tattoo pigments, can be more challenging to remove than others, but we’ll be completely transparent and honest about the results you should expect from the treatment.
